Sales Coordinator | Up to RM2,500 | Senai JB | SPJ

Job Overview

Salary Range : RM2500

Working Location : Senai JB

Company Background : Hardware Company (MNC)

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Mon-Friday)

Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave and Sick Leave

Responsibilities

  • Assist salesperson on quotation follow up
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations
  • Co‑ordinate the flow of information accurately and rightly between sales, customers, and delivery team
  • Liaise with suppliers on purchase orders
  • Source products from suppliers
  • Performs any other ad‑hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Effective team player
