Requirements

- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and client communications.Prepare quotations & proposals.Coordinate with sales team and after-sales support.Maintain and update customer records and the sales database.Follow up with clients on pending documentation, payments, and feedback.Support sales campaigns and marketing activities when required.Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within target companies.Understand client needs and objectives to effectively position our training solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of training programs.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basisBenefits
