Key Responsibilities 1) Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans. Conduct
pre-screening calls , coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 2) Onboarding & Employee Experience Oversee and
conduct onboarding programs , ensuring a seamless integration for new hires. Manage the
onboarding week schedule , including induction sessions and engagement activities. Serve as the point of contact for new joiners, ensuring they are well-equipped with company knowledge and resources. 3) Employer Branding & Engagement Plan and execute employer branding initiatives to position Hiredly Involve in
career fairs, networking events, and university engagements . Work with the marketing team to create
recruitment campaigns, social media content, and branding materials . Maintain relationships with past and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. 4) People & Culture Support Assist in
employee engagement initiatives
and employer branding efforts. Support other
HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
