About the Role :
You will be part of the Marketing Team, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying, developing, inventing (and optimizing) high-impact initiatives, likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory, brand development, and network effects (ex. international expansion, development of product adjacency, strategic partnerships, viral campaigns, community development, learning & certifications, offer development, etc.).
You’ll work closely with the marketing and design teams to ideate, script, film, write, edit, and post scroll-stopping content that connects with real people — whether it’s HR managers in Penang, payroll specialists in Johor, or startup founders in Singapore.
This role covers it all : creating visual content (carousels, graphics), written content (captions, hooks, thought starters), and video content (reels, explainers, trend-led videos). You'll be the kind of person who can turn a product insight into a killer post, a customer moment into a shareable clip, or a market trend into a smart, timely narrative. Think of this role as part creator, part trend-chaser, part experimenter, and all heart.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create scroll-stopping social content : Carousels, informative visuals, short videos, fun reels, snappy carousels, trends, basically whatever helps us engage the right people on the right platforms.
- Be the face & voice : Show up confidently in front of the camera, whether it's a fun update in the world of HR, top tips or employee interviews.
- Write with flair : Craft clever captions, sharp hooks, and friendly CTAs that sound like a real human (you).
- Spot trends early : Know what’s going viral before everyone else. Adapt trends to fit the company's voice and mission.
- Own the calendar : Plan, schedule, and manage our content pipeline across LinkedIn, Instagram, and more
- Report, test, repeat : Track what works, test new formats, and constantly iterate for better engagement and results.
- Collaborate & communicate : Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather ideas, highlight wins, and make sure content supports wider goals

Who are we looking for?
Strong English writing skills across both short-form content (captions, hooks, social posts) and long-form formats (scripts, blogs, storytelling).
Proficient in using creative tools like Canva and CapCut (or equivalent) to produce engaging visuals and videos.You’ve worked in a SaaS or B2B brand before, or you’ve made “boring” industries feel exciting.You’ve produced content where you weren’t just behind the scenes but confidently led on camera, reels, skits, explainers, you name it.You are Impact driven.
