Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain and monitor employee performance, attendance, and related records.
- Prepare, organize, and file HR documents and correspondence.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and engagement activities.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.
- Assist in applying for factory licenses and managing foreign worker application procedures.
Requirements
Minimum qualification : Diploma or higher.Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written) to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources including payroll processing and foreign worker administration.Familiar with recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee relations.Proficient in Microsoft Office with good documentation and data management skills.How to Apply
