Job Description
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.Prepare detailed management reports and presentations for key stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and variances.Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency.Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have :
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.Familiarity with the retail industry and its financial processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results.What's on Offer
