Overview

The Bancassurance role is available nationwide in partnership between AIA Malaysia and a banking market leader, enabling bank customers to plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation and distribution. Job Responsibilities

Responsible to sell and market Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches (nation-wide)

Perform prospecting, calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customers

Work with branch colleagues to convert leads / referrals into sales closures

Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for up-selling

Engage in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customers

Provide follow up on policy servicing, e.g. payment mode changes, plan changes, trustee appointments, top-ups

Qualifications

Anyone with working experience is welcome. Coaching and buddy support system are well established for freshers

Candidate with bank sales experience is an added advantage

Candidate possesses at least Diploma or Degree, or SPM holders with 5 passes (inclusive BM) and at least 3 years of working experience

An outgoing personality and ability to engage in conversations with people at all levels

Good communication in Mandarin and English is an added advantage due to business needs

Be resourceful, results-driven and aspire to achieve a high variable income
