Overview
Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia. Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and secure integration solutions that connect our diverse internal systems with external partners and cloud services. Working within agile sprint teams, translate architectural designs into practical, high-performance integrations, ensuring adherence to bank security, compliance, and architectural standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using technologies such as APIs, ESBs, iPaaS platforms, and message queues to enable seamless data flow and process orchestration between banking systems and external services.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration endpoints, ensuring data fidelity, performance, and security.
- Implement complex data mapping, transformation, and validation logic to ensure data consistency and quality between disparate systems.
- Collaborate with the Integration Engineer and comply with architectural patterns, security policies, and governance standards defined by the Technology Governance Forum.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions, including connectivity problems, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Work within agile sprint teams with product owners, QA engineers, and operations teams; collaborate with external developers and augmented resources to ensure cohesive and compliant integration development.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all integration solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Optimize integration solutions for high performance, scalability, and resilience, essential for banking operations.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to the bank’s security policies, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards; participate in security reviews.
- Participate in sprint retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Integration Architect or similar role, preferably in financial services / banking.Proven experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.Experience with at least one major iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), ESB (e.g., IBM MQ, TIBCO, Apache Camel), or Message Queue (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#).Solid understanding of integration patterns (synchronous / asynchronous, publish-subscribe, request-reply, batch processing).Familiarity with SQL and / or NoSQL databases for data extraction and manipulation.Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and their integration services.Experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum / Kanban).Understanding of software security principles, especially for sensitive financial data.Strong hands-on coding and development skills in integration technologies and programming languages.Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot complex integration issues.Meticulous data mapping, transformation, and adherence to security and architectural standards.Ability to work effectively within diverse agile teams, including internal colleagues, external developers, and augmented resources.#J-18808-Ljbffr
