As the Senior Business Development Executive at Solucion Network , you will play a strategic role in expanding our footprint in the commercial and industrial solar market through partnerships with EPCC firms. This position requires a strong balance of relationship-building, technical understanding, and commercial acumen.

You are expected to take ownership of EPCC partner engagement and act as the key point of contact for project opportunities involving Sigenergy’s solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to establish strong partner trust, support the end-to-end sales journey, and contribute to project pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new EPCC partners to develop project opportunities involving Sigenergy solutions.
  • Proactively engage EPCC partners to promote in-stock items and manage inventory aging, ensuring healthy turnover rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EPCC clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to EPCC teams, including system design recommendations, product sizing, and solution customization.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and sales support teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotations, documentation, and technical materials.
  • Coordinate and follow up on project leads from initial inquiry to closure, ensuring timely responses and proactive issue resolution.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and solution demos to equip EPCC partners with the knowledge to propose and implement Sigenergy systems.
  • Track and report EPCC project pipelines, partner activity, and market trends using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Organize or participate in training sessions, roadshows, and partner events to enhance visibility and engagement with EPCCs.
  • Continuously gather feedback from partners and projects to improve product positioning, marketing strategies, and solution offerings.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field) preferred.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an advantage.
