Requirements
- Liaise with clients / carriers / transporters / agents to execute import and export shipments (Sea / Air).
- Ensure execution of client requests / requirements and respond to their service issues / enquiries.
- Generate booking confirmations, Bill of Ladings and invoices to clients.
- Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system.
- Handle shipping documentation (import / export / BL / documentation / DG application / permit declaration).
- Experience in handling Portnet and Trade.NET usage.
- Handling of phone / email enquiries and bookings. Provide quotation to the customer.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for co-ordination and problem solving.
- Any other Ad hoc duties when required.
