This job is about guiding customers in choosing beautiful gold and jewelry while building great relationships. You might like this job because you enjoy helping others, love sales, and have a knack for talking about quality products.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Present and promote premium gold and jewelry, highlighting quality and craftsmanship.
  • Proactively engage customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales to meet targets.
  • Maintain strong product and market knowledge to offer accurate advice.
  • Negotiate prices within company guidelines to maximize profitability.
  • Process transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation.
  • Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certificate.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
  • Demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Enthusiastic about working in the gems and jewellery industry.
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and earn high commissions.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of growth opportunities.

    Employees are entitled to 8 days of annual leave per year.

    Medical Leave

    Employees are entitled to 14 days of medical leave per year, subject to the submission of a valid medical certificate.

    Probation Guarantee Commission (3 Months Only)

    During the probation period, employees are entitled to a guaranteed commission of RM1,000 per month for three months.

    Attendance Bonus

    Employees are entitled to an attendance bonus of RM85, subject to no absence from work.

    Employees are entitled to a birthday allowance of RM65 as a token of appreciation and celebration.
