Finance Specialist

Job responsibilities :

• Financial work : Assist the business department in meeting the financial requirements of the factory, and carry out relevant work on the ERP system, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost, and fixed asset modules. Check if the aggregation of cost centers and profit centers is accurate. Provide financial statements and information required by the headquarters. Review payment and daily expense reimbursement documents. As a bridge between the headquarters and the Malaysian factory, responsible for overseeing local departmental budgeting and financial planning.
• HR work : Responsible for the management of employee probationary period, performance, employee files (electronic and paper files), and contracts; Assist department heads in completing daily management tasks of the human resources department, leading and executing recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and performance, etc; Monthly submission of attendance and salary related work.
• Support logistics related work : Import : Assist the foreign trade department of the factory to complete the relevant work of the company's import business; Export : Responsible for the production of export related documents and various documents required by customs; ERP : Production, tracking, and other document operations for system procurement, orders, sales orders, etc.
