YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE, MARKETING (CENTRAL ASIA MARKET)
We are looking for a dynamic, travel enthusiast and proactive Senior Executive, Marketing to support the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brand building, content creation, and customer engagement, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing team.
What You’ll Champion
Manage day-to-day tasks such as running marketing and brand campaigns, content scheduling, asset coordination, and event support across stakeholders.Support executions on maintaining marketing calendar, budgets, timelines , and external vendors including media agencies and tourism partners.Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.Coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels.To ensure alignment of brand positioning, storytelling, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.Working with a team to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.Support the marketing team with admin duties , invoicing, and project tracking.Using creative / effective channels to maximize promotional opportunities for airasia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of "buzz" around the brand, driving conversion & bookings for the businessTrack and report on KPIs , campaign performance, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related disciplineAt least 2 years working experienceProficient in English, written and spokenProven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable business results.Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with attention to detail and a growth-oriented attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration & goodwill between different teamsExcellent analytical skills and ability to understand data, campaign performance and business financialsDemonstrable passion for travel in general and with Asia in particularWhat You’ll Enjoy
