Senior Executive, Finance (Account Receivable)

Position Responsibilities -Maintain monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet schedule -Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AR and GL function. -Ensure timely collection from customer -Identify revenue to be recognized and post necessary journal / reclassification. -Perform retail and online sales reconciliation -Monthly sales report submissions to stakeholders -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to audit and tax matters. -Support queries from DM on Outlet PandL. -Liaise with tax agents on tax queries for Corporate Tax Submission. -Assists to compile financial related information for corporate exercise. -Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given -Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards. Qualifications and Experience  -Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional certificates, such as ACCA / LCCI. -Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in AR / GL (any related fields) are required -Experience in the FandB or FMCG field is preferred, but other fields are also considerable.  -Required general knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principle. -Intermediate skill in Microsoft office，Microsoft Excel. -Proficiency with computer, especially business solution and accounting software. -Team oriented, good communication and people skill.
