Job description

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective marketing communications campaigns and activities including advertising, promotion, sponsorship, public relations, website, EDM, marketing collaterals and social media.
To work closely with media agencies / PR firms to negotiate the best deals in order to maximise the marketing budgets.
Prepare and develop media plans, budgets and expenditures
To ensure campaigns are properly monitored to achieve maximum returns
To work closely and support the Sales & Marketing team to facilitate execution of marketing plans.
To recommend marketing tools from a communications aspects to assist Sales & Marketing team to achieve better selling success, including collaterals, presentation materials, company / industry profiles, etc.
To work closely with clients and develop good rapport to identify market opportunities and business growth

Requirements :

A degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business or the equivalent from a recognized university (Master’s Degree or equivalent is an added advantage) with at least 8 years of experience in handling marketing communications - preferably in MICE industry.

Good PR and communication skills (multi-lingual : English, Mandarin and BM will be an advantage)

Creative, passionate, meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills

Must possess strong written English and ability to do copywriting will be a plus.

Must have good organizational skills and have ability to accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
