Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaison with relevant Authorities for approval (PBT, Bomba, TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, SIRIM etc)
  • Administration of tender process (Tender documents, drawings, reports & tender interview)
  • Attending workshop, events, convention, conferences related to compliance and Industry
  • Liaising with engineers and clients (internal and external) to ensure progress met dateline
  • Keeping abreast of the latest installation and application status
  • Ensure documents submission comply with latest guideline from relevant authorities
  • Prepare reports based on weekly progress / activities
  • Liaise with engineer and Professional Engineer on the drawing approval and endorsement
  • To provide guidance and briefing to subordinates on latest authorities guideline and requirement
  • Issue letters and memo concerning the documents in circulation (authorities relevant)
  • Perform others related duties as may be required by the Management

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in the EV or related technology industry (optional but beneficial) .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of managing stress and meeting tight timelines.
  • Mandarin speaker (optional but beneficial) .
