We are looking for a highly engaging Marketing Development Specialist to support B2B lead generation and client engagement across regional markets. This role involves prospecting, nurturing leads, hosting webinars, and partnering closely with sales teams to drive cloud and enterprise solution pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B lead generation through targeted outreach and qualification of prospects.
- Manage CRM entries, sales funnel stages, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Conduct intro calls, product awareness sessions, and webinar presentations .
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers to convert qualified leads into active sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and position appropriate enterprise or cloud solutions.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular pipeline reports.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years B2B lead gen experience (Junior Level)OR 3–5 years B2B lead gen experience (Mid–Senior Level)CRM Sales Module usage experience (any CRM platform acceptable)Comfortable conducting webinars and presenting to small online audiencesFamiliarity with at least one sales qualification framework (BANT / PACT / MEDDIC)Qualifications
Degree or Diploma (Strict requirement, no exceptions)Nice to Have
