Squad Lead, Credit and Debit Cards

Overview

• Experience in banking cards, integration and payments system such as Credit card, Debit cards, ATM and their accompanying ecosystem.
• Advanced understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. Experience on multiple major full release project life cycles
• Execute the CoE / IT Area strategy and balance value delivered with effort required in a multi-disciplinary team, by setting clear priorities based on customer needs (managing the "what" and holding responsibility of the backlog)
• Highly responsible for Systems vision and Value delivery, Stakeholder alignment and Team leadership.
• To provide subject matter expertise to Business functions – integral interface between business squad users and IT to lead and assist in the design, development, implementation and on-going use of IT applications and solutions.
• To lead and manage a team of squad members to deliver acceptable solutions to our internal customers.
