Job descriptionDeliver engaging, interactive lessons that make learning exciting. Teach and support students effectively using both English and Mandarin where needed. Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans with creativity. Work closely with fellow teachers to design courses, workshops, and activities. Monitor students' progress and provide academic support. Maintain strong classroom management with a positive, fun learning atmosphere. Use digital tools and modern teaching methods effectively. Inspire students with patience, empathy, and encouragement. We're looking for Mathematics & Science Teachers with a strong Mandarin-speaking background to join our expanding team. Minimum Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Education or related fields. ( SPM / IGCSE holders with strong results & passion in teaching may also be considered.) Strong command of English and the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin (essential, as many of our students prefer Mandarin for learning). Experience : At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply — training will be provided. Passionate, energetic, responsible , and willing to work as part of a team. Able to conduct on-site physical classes in Balakong.
