Role - IT Engineer

Work Location and Working Hours (depending on the assigned project)

Location : Century Square 63000 Cyberjaya 10

Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, 4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM, 12 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM. We do provide shift allowance for middle shift and night shift.

Budget to 5000 Basic

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Can speak Mandarin (non-negotiable)

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN)

Experience with Linux / Windows server environments

Familiarity with Tencent Cloud services preferred

Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred certifications : Tencent Cloud TCA / TCP

Assist in the configuration and testing of packaged software and Software as a Service products. Contribute to the development and testing of new components or enhancements. Utilize declarative features to develop functionality where applicable. Provide support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.

Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.

Intermediate proficiency in Engineering Support.

It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
