Are you passionate about shaping how global finance teams plan, analyze, and make decisions?

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to drive the design and implementation of a next-generation cost and planning analytics platform.

This is a strategic role where you’ll partner with finance leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders to redefine reporting processes, automate workflows, and deliver insights that power key decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of the target operating model for cost and planning analytics, setting the direction for how data is structured, reported, and governed.
  • Develop standardized data templates and reporting views to support actuals, forecasts, and plans.
  • Oversee the monthly end-to-end process , including data collection, validation, reconciliation, and control checks.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to align transformation priorities and deliver outputs that drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to automate workflows and build new platform capabilities.
  • Maintain strong governance and controls , ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert , mentoring junior analysts and championing best practices.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years’ experience in cost analytics, FP&A, or finance transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts, cost centre hierarchies, planning cycles , and enterprise reporting.
  • Proven track record in redesigning finance reporting processes or platforms .
  • Solid experience in data validation, reconciliation, and controls within a complex finance environment.
  • Excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills —you can translate complex finance needs into actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx is an advantage (but not essential).
  • Experience in insurance or large-scale global finance environments is a plus.
