Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal / external training.
Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth
Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records
Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.
Proficient in HR matters and well versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc is an added advantage.
