HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
• Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal / external training.
• Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
• To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth
• Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records
• Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed.
• To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
