Job description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (AV / VC) to support, configure, and maintain video conferencing and audio-visual systems across our offices. The role involves managing Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Poly Endpoints to ensure seamless communication and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain video conferencing and AV systems.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external meetings and live events.
  • Operate AV desks, cameras, and streaming setups during townhalls.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Work closely with IT and facilities teams to ensure system uptime.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, camera operations, and streaming platforms.
  • Basic understanding of network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
