Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented, highly motivated individuals to join our growing remote workforce as Typing & Data Entry Associates . This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are organized, fast at typing, and comfortable working independently from home. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all data is accurately entered, formatted, and maintained in our internal systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a flexible work schedule, career growth, and a supportive virtual team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input data from various sources into company databases and systems.

Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check outputs.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Communicate regularly with supervisors and team leads to ensure smooth workflow.

Organize files, documents, and records for easy access and future reference.

Perform routine quality checks and update information as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and / or Google Workspace.

Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Experience

Prior experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or typing roles is preferred but not required.

On-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates with no previous experience.

Working Hours

100% remote with flexible hours — work when it suits your schedule (minimum of 15 hours / week).

Full-time and part-time options available.
