Executive, Reinsurance

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure the reinsurance program (FoxPro, Ms Access) are updated accurately with the latest products / arrangements and optimized to improve the efficiency.
• Take initiative to improve reinsurance administrative process, not limited to design and automate reinsurance process.
• Design and enforcement on controls / SOP for reinsurance system setup, changes and enhancements.
• Participate in reinsurance treaties arrangements and negotiation with reinsurers.
• Prepare reinsurance reporting to internal and external parties including compile and provide regular statement of accounts, ensure reinsurance balance are settled in a timely manner and facilitate regular reporting requirements.
• Assist in reinsurance related queries and information to both external and internal.
• Prepare, review and / or update SOPPs to ensure current practice is well documented.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and regulations.
• Performed any other duties as assigned by Manager or Head of Department.
