The Challenges

• Product Line Strategy Development : Formulate, refine, and prioritize strategies for the product line to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
• New Product Launch Management : Lead end-to-end processes for launching new products, including planning, development, introduction, and overseeing production, logistics, and market launch activities.
• Business Analysis and Strategy : Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for business expansion, enhance market share, increase sales, optimize margins, and maximize profitability within the product line.
• Sales Performance Analysis : Utilize data analytics to evaluate product pricing, sales performance, revenue generation, profit margins, and pricing structures, with a focus on optimizing profitability and market competitiveness.
• Market Intelligence and Pricing Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through market intelligence and survey studies. Conduct specialized project pricing analyses to inform pricing strategies and support decision-making.
• Sales Support and Collaboration : Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide strategic support, including pricing analysis, project pricing approvals, and implementation of sales initiatives aimed at driving product growth and market penetration.
