• About the role
• Accountable for implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance procedures and systems to ensure compliance to ISO 13485, PIC / s and corporate policies.
• Role Responsibilities
• General Responsibilities for Operational Quality :
• To act as Quality liaison person during the shift operation at operational area including Production, Warehouse, QC Laboratory and Facilities area
• To advise on all aspects of GMP compliance and facilitating finished product release and assess the quality impact.
• To conduct In-process Quality Checks at the production floor as per SOP requirements (for packing operation).
• To be authorized as Authorised Person (AP) and review batch record completion and retain sample to ensure batch is produced in accordance with the procedure.
• To participate in on-line problems solving and conduct investigations as required.
• To involve as Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis and Deviation as well as Rapid response (RR) Investigation at site.
• To support Product Complaint Investigation and Counterfeit Verification at site.
• To identify and manage the risk at respective Operational Quality scope and area.
• Product Reviewer for Periodic Product Review at site.
• To involve in audit preparation for Operational Quality section including Level 1 audit for areas of concern.
• Role Specific Responsibility
• Work on shift pattern including weekend and PH.
• To verify In-process Quality Checks at the production floor as per SOP requirements during walkabout at both manufacturing and packing lines.(\
• and not limited to the above as per assigned by line manager)
• Basic Qualifications :
• Degree in any field
• Experience in Quality and / or Production.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Degree in Science / Pharmaceutical / Technology
• Preferably knowledgeable in Quality Assurance
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing and operational field Preferably familiar with GMP requirement and ALCOA+ principles.
• Ability to understand and having technical knowledge in manufacturing and packing process, including GMP requirement.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Operation and / or Quality Assurance experience.
• Technical knowledge and competency in manufacturing and packaging processes (preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of GMP and GLP (preferred)
• Familiarize with auditing (preferred)
• Conversant at Quality Document Control System (preferred)
• Skilled at technical report writing
• Willing to learn attitude
• Able to deliver training to small and / or large groups.
• Able to influence others (persuasiveness and assertiveness)Location – this role is based in :
