YOUR ROLE

• Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information, advice and assistance
• Assist employees with payroll related processes and procedures
• Manage end to end payroll processing for assigned countries, including bank files, reporting, payslip and statutory handling
• Manage statutory requirement including data collection, calculation and statutory lodgment (forms and payment) on timely basis
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll datelines and reporting to government agency
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve overall employee experience
• Provide input for continuous improvement in processes and payroll flow
• Keep developing knowledge and updated in rules and regulations of countries statutory
