Job Summary

The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service standards.
• Monitor assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.

Requirements
