Job description

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher preferably in civil engineering, building materials, marketing or related fields.
  • 3 years and above working experience ; familiarity with prestressed square piles, pipe piles and pile foundation industries is preferred ; experience in design or construction is preferred.
  • proficient in prestressed pile product knowledge : production processes, technical parameter, construction standards.
  • Goal oriented with strong initiatives
  • excellence cross departmental collaboration and customer communication skills
  • proficient in Mandarin, BM and English. with strong Mandarin reading and writing abilities. (need to deal with mandarin speaking customers)
  • possession of engineering related certification such as a construction engineer or cost engineer license.

Responsibilities

Market development and customer maintenance

  • develop target customer such as construction companies, contractors, design institutes, and engineering contractors, and establish long term corporative relationship
  • maintain existing customer resources, explore secondary sales opportunities, and improves customer satisfaction.
  • expand the network of agents and distributors, and manage corporation.

    • Full processes Project Follow up

  • participate in project Bidding, complete bid document preparation
  • provide clients with product selection, design solutions, and construction plan support to facilitate project implementation
  • track order execution, logistics, and payment collection, and handle post sales issues.

    • Market analysis and strategy development

  • collect industry trends and competitors information, and submit regular market analysis report
  • develop regional sales plans, and achieve annual sales target and payment collection metrics
  • participate in industry exhibitions and technical exchange meeting to enhance brand influence
