Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and salary negotiation.
- Conduct new hire orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
HR Operations & Compliance
Assist in HR operations including payroll, leave management, staff claims, and other employee matters.Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF.Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and verify overtime submissions against attendance records.Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.Enforce HR policies and respond to employee inquiries on HR matters.Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly.Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, memos, and notices.Maintain an organized and confidential filing system for HR documents.Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.Audit & Compliance Support
Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other internal / external audits.Administrative Support
Help renew company car road tax and insurance in a timely manner.Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general inquiries.Other Duties
Perform other HR-related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
