SFE Analyst

Overview

Role : SFE Analyst at Reckitt. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst provides analytical support for the Sales team with analysis, design and tracking of field force activity and performance. You will assist the Commercial Excellence Manager with report analysis and support. Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to the Sales Force Effectiveness team Support the design of field force structures and territories Support the development of competitive selling metrics to meet country sales force operational and strategic plans Provide understandable and actionable metrics for first line sales managers Translate business questions into usable reports supported by rigorous analysis Support the management, collation and delivery of sales and activity KPI reports Support the design and calculations of sales incentive schemes for country organizations Work with the sales team to provide analysis and interpretation of sales force effectiveness and efficiency management The experience we’re looking for

Degree from a recognized university At least 2 years’ relevant working experience; prior experience in sales data analysis is an added advantage Experience with MS Office applications (especially Excel; knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is required) Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and reporting skills Fast learner and able to work under minimal supervision Ability to utilize systems to aid in data extraction and analysis Skills for success
