Overview
Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. He / She will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. He / She will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by teams, individuals and self; set and update work objectives for teams and individuals; allocate work and evaluate performance against objectives.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Evaluate competitors' actions as well as market opportunities and threats, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and establish a broad customer base.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships, including building trust and minimizing interpersonal conflict.
- Perform any other duties assigned by a superior from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 10 years of working experience (preferable with experience in BMS / ELV / Railway Industry)Experience in tender procedures.At least 1 year of working experience in a managerial roleMust have a means of transportOther
