Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving account growth? Assai Software Services is looking for a Senior Account Manager for its regional Asia Pacific office in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will manage key accounts, ensure customer success, and identify opportunities for business development in a dynamic and international environment. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and aligning them with Assai’s solutions.
 - Identify opportunities to expand product usage or introduce new services within existing accounts.
 - Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with client management to gain insights and foster trust.
 - Manage account-specific projects, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Oversee the preparation of proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
 - Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
 - Occasionally assist in new client acquisition by leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
 - Attend relevant events, conferences, and meetings to represent Assai and strengthen client relationships (approximately 4 trips outside Malaysia annually).

Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent experience.Proven track record in account management, ideally within software sales (SaaS) and the Oil & Gas / Energy industries.Strong understanding of operational processes, including project management, engineering, and maintenance.Ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.Results-driven, proactive, and equipped with strong analytical skills.Fluent in English (additional regional languages are a plus).A forward-thinking attitude and a team-oriented mindset.Location
