System Analyst (Tech Lead) – Mobile Strategic

Responsibilities :

• Lead system analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for mobile applications (iOS / Android).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end technical planning, including architecture, integration design, and documentation.
• Supervise and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct code reviews, technical validations, and ensure secure coding practices are in place.
• Lead quality assurance efforts including test plan reviews, performance / load testing strategies, and defect management.
• Oversee deployment processes and provide Level 2 / 3 support for mobile applications in production environments.
• Continuously identify and propose technical enhancements to improve app performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development tools to guide strategic tech direction.
• Act as the bridge between business, UI / UX, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
