Join Our APAC Team in Malaysia as a Mandarin & Cantonese-Speaking Virtual Travel Consultant. We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Travel Consultant specializing in Lifestyle Management to complement our APAC team.

Position : Travel Consultant, responsible for fulfilling leisure travel requests for our global members. Location : Malaysia (remote).

What you’ll do

• Fulfill leisure travel requests for global members.
• Handle scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flight-only requests, with a high volume of first and business-class bookings.
• Provide top-tier service to ensure exceptional member satisfaction and encourage repeat usage of concierge services.

This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week role on a shift basis. Availability required between 07 : 00–22 : 00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
