The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description :
- Pre-plan the sorters / drivers shift arrangement and duty rosters to achieve high efficiencies of the hub
- Delegate tasks for sorters / drivers based on the operation requirements to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage inventory and receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team (maintain high level of 5S - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Prepare and perform internal reporting and data analysis to support management's decision making
- Monitor sorters / driver's performance to achieve targeted KPI with high level of customer service provided to the customers
- Ensure the high compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Candidates currently based at Johor are encouraged to applyBasic Microsoft Excel skillsExperience in logistics operations would be an advantageFamiliarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good useExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguous situationsFast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environmentDiploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageousAbility to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
