To inform customers on ride procedures courteously, ensure customers safety at all times and to report on any safety hazards to your supervisor immediately.
You will be expected to provide guidance as well as enforce Sunway Lagoon standard operation policies and procedures; provide First Aid attention when needed and assist guests in distress or facing difficulties.
To delight customers ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicating in a polite manner and exercising good guest relations skills.
