Job Description
In this role, you will :
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support operations for Engineering Based Systems used globally within Infineon, including test & engineering data collection and analysis systems.
- Offer support including 24x7 rotational on-call, system administration, maintenance, monitoring, and operations to meet customer SLA / targets.
- Implement service requests and changes to meet user and customer needs.
Your Profile
You are suitable for this role if you have :
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, with 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also considered.2-3 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing (optional).2-3 years of experience in systems / IT support.2-3 years of experience in handling user requirements.Good knowledge of data transfer, file processing methodologies, system interfaces, and integration.Experience in application maintenance and / or development in operating systems like Windows, Unix, Linux, and Perl scripts.Experience with database systems and development, such as Oracle PL / SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL.Practical experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, event, change, and release management).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes.Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a good team player.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
