Job descriptionAssist manufacturing department to improve production technology, improve efficiency and reduce cost Assist manufacturing department to improve quality and reduce defect rate Lead, supervise and develop the ME team Oversee the implementation and optimization of mechanical processes and systems for manufacturing operations Work cross-functionally with maintenance, quality assurance, R&D, and operations to ensure alignment on manufacturing goals Discuss with customers about the assembly production process, DFM review, etc
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, and engineering related discipline
Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical / process engineering or EMS manufacturing process
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Familiar with Pro-E or other related tools and software, can simply design fixtures
- Familiar with product assembly process, organization tolerance analysis, and quality problem handling
- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), process simulation software, and data analysis tools
- At least 5 years PE-ME as managerial level, able to lead the PE team to handle new product trial run on production, and project implementation
