1. Always New Business & Strategy Team
Core Function :
Agency Think Tank : Acts as the agency's think tank, selectively developing comprehensive and innovative campaign strategies to align with client briefs.
Collaborative Effort :
Collaborates closely with the GBD (Global Business Director) and receives support from AP (Account Planning) & C&D (Creative & Design) teams, working seamlessly across AMT & AMC.
Strategic Development :
Strategically develops programs using Always proprietary tools such as PRISM and RetailAim to ensure data-driven and effective strategies.
Campaign Strategies :
Crafts holistic 360 campaigns that integrate multiple channels, formats and tactics for maximum impact.
New Business Pitches :
Creates compelling new business pitches, with support from GBD, AP, & C&D, ensuring presentations are persuasive and tailored to client needs.
Pitch Presentations :
Delivers new business pitch presentations, supported by GBD, AP, & C&D, demonstrating a deep understanding of client objectives and how proposed strategies meet them.
Pitch Team Leadership :
Leads and mentors the pitch team to ensure cohesive and impactful delivery.
NBD System & Process :
Develops and administers a robust New Business Development (NBD) system and process in conjunction with GBD, focusing on effective pipeline management and lead nurturing, continuously evaluates and optimizes the NBD system to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Relationship Building :
Builds and maintains strong relationships with potential clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.
C&D Traffic Management :
Manages C&D traffic, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of creative assets, allocating resources effectively to balance workload and meet project deadlines.
Continuous Improvement :
Stays abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating new ideas and technologies into campaign strategies.
2. Activation Planning (AP), Selected / Strategic Accounts
Account Management
Apollo : Oversee and manage account with RM 1 million budget
Asadi : Oversee and manage account with RM 500,000 budget
Kino / Tolak Angin / Another : Oversee and manage accounts with RM 500,000 budget
Core Responsibilities :
Retention & Growth : Implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts
Creative & Design : Develop creative solutions and design concepts tailored to client needs
Proposal Development : Draft compelling proposals to win new business and retain existing clients
Costing & Presentations : Prepare detailed cost estimates and deliver engaging presentations
Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition
Operation Planning & Coordination : Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, technology, production, logistics & warehousing, commercial, creative & design and training teams to deliver optimal results
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and project status
Commercial Management : Manage commercial aspects of accounts, including budgeting and financial tracking
Academic Qualification(s) Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree, ideally with Marketing / Business Administration / Communications Background.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)
Experience :
Expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing
Background in a creative agency is advantageous.
