What You’ll Do :

Join our team to help ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently! As a Facilities and Administration Officer (6-month contract), you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our buildings and grounds. You’ll assist with space planning, vendor coordination, routine inspections, and help keep our workplace safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing the use and upkeep of office facilities
  • Support space planning and recommend improvements
  • Help coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Notify employees during emergencies or closures
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and office software
