IT Technical Support
MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years experience required in IT technicial support
Must be able to handle basic hardware / software and have trouble-shooting skill
Must be able to handle basic hardware / software installation
Must be able handle basic network / printer configuration
Possess driving license with own transport in order to travel to customer's site.
Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Mandarin speaking is a MUST as we have Mandarin speaking customers.
Good problem-solving skills
PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
On site support for production PC issues, failures etc.
Receive issues , update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
Perform trouble shooting on : PC Hardware issues, network failure, bar code scanner, support windows 8-10, good in command prompt
