DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement brand plans in line with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies for brand growth.
- Ensure all brand communications and activities align with brand guidelines & values and company policies.
- Monitor and manage brand budgets to ensure cost efficiency and strong ROI.
- Track brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and consumer perception.
2. Product Development and Management :
Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to drive new product development, launches, and in-market executionCollaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure accuracy of product claims and adherence to compliance standards.Track and analyse post-launch performance to identify opportunities for growth and address any gaps.3. Marketing and Campaign Execution :
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and in-store channels.Collaborate with designer & creative media agencies to ensure high impact communications.Track and optimize brand initiatives based on performance metrics.Represent the voice of the consumer internally and consistently champion brand values.JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand and marketing management, preferably in the FMCG food industry (Frozen Food industry preferred).
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of consumer needs.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Nielsen, Kantar, or other market data tools is a plus.
