Job Purpose : The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers at MIMOS. This role is responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Notify staff members of visitors’ arrival promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
Call Handling & Communication
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls appropriately.Take and relay accurate messages when necessary.Provide basic information to callers or visitors courteously and professionally.Mail & Courier Management
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents.Handle outgoing mail and courier arrangements efficiently.Administrative Support
