Responsibilities
- Managing Employees disciplinary and grievances process.
- Organize recreational activities to the employees.
- Responsible for community service activities.
- Gauge the company-employee pulse, which include managing employee’s dialogue.
- Responsible to ingrain company core values into employee work culture.
- Work together with the Communication Officer to develop internal and corporate communication to ensure all employees are well informed of the company activities.
- Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, RBA and any type of customer labor and ethics auditable standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin / LLB / Any related field.Well verse in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967and Employment legal procedures.Able to anticipate trends and future needs.Troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.Organizational and time management skills.Good oral & written communication skills.Good Interpersonal Skills - able to interact at all levels.Highly responsible and dependable.Able to work with minimum supervision yet fulfills requirementAble to work under stress to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasksSelf-motivated, independent and proactiveMust possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsResponsible to manage all Industrial Relations (IR) activities in the areas of compliance, discipline and exit in accordance to related company policies, local labor laws and corporate procedures.Experience handling RBA and audit will be added value.Additional Information

Normal Hours : Monday to Friday : 8.00am – 5.00pm (Please observe your location working hours)
Shift Structure : Periodically rotating shift structure.
Night Shift : 6.00pm – 6.00am
Overtime Rate
Overtime hours is any number of hours more than the normal hours of work completed per day.
For overtime on Ordinary Working Day and / or Off Day : rate of one and a half (1.5) times the hourly rate of pay;
For overtime on Rest Day and Public Holiday : minimum of two (2) times the hourly rate of pay.
