Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist walk-in customers by providing product information, demonstrations, and recommendations.
- Promote and sell Rigel's sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, and related solutions to retail and project clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain an attractive product display and ensure showroom cleanliness and readiness.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business development.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
- Provide after-sales service and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience (experience in sanitary ware, bathroom solutions, or building materials industry is an added advantage).Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of POS or CRM systems is an advantage.Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours (with off-days provided).Job Type : Permanent
Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
