We are a boutique law firm in Ipoh seeking a dedicated and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions, including sub-sale, developer projects, refinancing, and perfection of transfer / charge.
Draft, review, and advise on sale & purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other related documents.
Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, land offices, and relevant authorities.
Ensure timely completion of transactions and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing practice.

Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, documentation, and compliance.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
