BSC Service Point

We're Hiring : Service Point – Acquisition (Shopee) Location : Based on assigned area (On-ground)

Working Hours : Mon – Fri, 9 : 30am – 6 : 30pm

Contract : 6 Months (at least 1-month probation)

What You'll Do

Acquire retail stores to join as Shopee Buyer Self Collection (BSC) points.

Pitch and negotiate with targeted or nearby eligible stores.

Manage full process : contract signing, POSM delivery, onboarding & training.

Build strong partner relationships & achieve acquisition targets.

What We're Looking For

Minimum SPM qualification or higher.

Good command of Malay & English (Mandarin is a plus with allowance).

Confident, outgoing, and target-driven personality.

Strong pitching & negotiation skills.

Able to work independently, on-ground.

Basic Excel skills (data entry & spreadsheets).

Logistics background / knowledge is an advantage.

What We Offer

Basic Salary : RM2,500

Mandarin Language Allowance : RM500 (for required areas)

Performance Incentive : Up to RM200

Lead Incentive : Up to RM125 per CP (RM150 rural areas)

Statutory benefits according to EA

Pay : RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
