Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic HRBP Lead to partner with CXOs and senior leaders in driving people priorities that shape our business success. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives across talent, learning, performance, rewards, and engagement—while guiding leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. With a strong focus on stakeholder management and people engagement, you’ll collaborate across HR teams to deliver impactful programs, champion change, and enable a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a division portfolio and independently liaise with line management (CXOs & CXO-1s) to implement people frameworks and initiatives across the value chain : Change, Talent & Learning, Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, resource planning, org structures, talent assessment
  • Lead in planning & delivery of people related priorities for assigned division
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with HR COE teams to plan and implement HR programs across the company
  • Support Head of HRBP to plan and drive integration activities and operating model changes
  • Manage employee activities e.g. IJO, renewals, resignation, performance improvement plans, case management related to grievance / misconducts
  • Ensure adoption and compliance to HR Policies and guide managers on people-related matters
  • Work with People Support (HR Ops) team on relevant HR reports or analytics to facilitate any analysis required to support people metrics

Requirements

  • Tertiary Education in any field
  • At least 10 years in any HR discipline with experience leading HR initiatives in a sizable organisation
  • Sharp acumen and problem solving skills – ability to grasp and analyze complex situations, breakdown into problem statements and come up with effective solutions
  • Stakeholder management skills – confidence to guide business managers on HR matters and present to a sizeable audience, tenacity to face up to challenging stakeholders
  • Strong execution skills with ability to multi-task
  • Collaborative mindset and team oriented
  • Business Partnering experience and managing senior stakeholders
